In the questionnaire below we are looking for basic information on what you are an expert in and what type of work you are not willing or wanting to do. The best thing you can do is fill this out completely and with as much information as possible. When we have a property that needs an issue fixed we check our vendor list here first. There is not need to email or call us because we always go to vendors who applied through here first.

What does Pyramid SLC look for in a vendor?

We are looking for honest, hardworking vendors who are responsive. The number one reason we will not use a contractor again is if we feel they are not trustworthy or unreliable. If you are honest and dependable we will build a great releationship.

What is the process for getting work as a vendor?

Applying through this site is the best option. If you call or email us directly we will ask you to apply online. If you keep calling us, we will likely get annoyed and remove you from our list. When we get new vendors we like to test them out and get quotes on a new project. If they are competitive we will give them a shot, if they are not competitive we will provide feedback.

What are the payment terms for vendors?

We pay very quickly, through ACH transfers, checks or by payment apps like Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, etc

How often can I expect work from Pyramid SLC?

It all depends on the quality of your work and our need for it. We reach out to vendors only when a project comes up. If you are dependable, honest and hardworking you can expect to hear from us all the time.

Can I apply if I offer multiple services?

Yes, it is important that when you apply you answer all of the things you do and do not do. We do not like applicants who say they do “everything” and then we call them for a project and suddenly they don’t like to unclog a toilet. Please be detailed in your application so that we do not waste your time or ours.

We are looking for vendors who are good communicators, offer fair pricing and able to help address issues quickly. In return Pyramid will pay you quickly, help give recurring business and provide new opportunities as our business grows.
